Detached house in Humpolec

The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to design a detached house within a project document. A designed object is situated in a certain building site in a territory of Humpolec in Vysočina region. The detached house is conceived as a self-contained object, arranged for a fourmembered family. It is a 2-floor top view rectangle building on a slope with a partially embedded floor in a 1.S terrain. In a basement, there are technical and relaxing rooms with a sauna and a gym, in the first floor, there is a social and relaxing zone. The vertical constructions are made of formwork Best and ceramic breeze blocks Porotherm. The house is internally weatherproof and a facade ThermoWood is air-filtered. A horizontally supporting construction consists of a ceiling Porotherm. The roof of the detached house is made of two-layer roof construction in wooden tie beams.

The thesis is focused of proposal and procesing of project documentation Center for waterskiing. The proposed object is located in the western part of the town Soběslav, in the locality aimed at sports activities. The building is created of facilities for summer sports, especially water skiing and wakeboarding. Further there will be built a playground for ball sports and track on roller skates. This is a three-storey no with a cellar object with a flat roof. The object is based on the foundation reinforced concrete pads a strips. The first floor is bricked of permanent formwork and partly of cast in place structure. The second and third floors is designed of clay blocks POROTHERM. This masonry is insulated with the aid of external contact thermal insulation. In the western part of the building is designed ventilated facade. The floor structures is designed from prestressed reinforced concrete panel SPIROLL and partly from reinforced concrete slabs. The object is divided into several operating units. They are the gym and its facilities, restaurant with kitchen, facilities for employees and the necessary storerooms, coffeehouse, shop with sporting equipment, rental equipment for water skiing and a dressing room serving the outdoor sports. The essential part of the second floor is comprised outdoor terrace. From this terrace is allowed entry to the coffeehouse, restaurants, shops and on the main staircase.
Detached house with dental surgeries in Humpolec

The point of this bachelor´s thesis is the project of a family house with establishment consisting of dental surgeries and contains the complete documentacion for the execution of the project. This building is situated in the region Vysočina, the city of Humpolec. The building is without a basement, and divided into two separate parts to form a whole. The first part of the building consist of two-storey house, designed for 4 people in variant 5+1. The second part is a single storey dental clinic for 2 membered staff. The building is designed as a brick building, where the vertical structures are designed from ceramic blocks KERATHERM systém, horizontal structures are made of ceiling panels SPIROLL. The roof over part of the house is a shed, with ventilation layer. The roof construction consists of wooden trusses joined punched truss plates. The roof over the dental clinics is flat with the growing stack witch sever as an outdoor tarrace of the house.
Apartment building in Humpolec

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of an apartment building with a bicycle shop in the town of Humpolec. The thesis contains complete documentation for the execution of the construction, assessment in terms of building physics and fire safety report. The building is divided into two operational units. The first unit is a bicycle shop, which includes staff facilities and bicycle service facility. The second unit consists of individual apartments and their facilities. In the basement, there are cellars for each apartment, a technical room and a workshop. On the ground floor, there is a accessible flat for handicapped persons in size 2 rooms plus kitchen corner. The second floor consists of four apartments two available in size of 1 room plus kitchen corner and two size of which is 2 rooms plus kitchen corner. On the last third utility floor, there are two apartments size of which is 3 room plus kitchen corner which is layout designed for a 4-5 member family. The house have masonry system, where the vertical structures on the underground floor are made of concrete block cast by concrete. Overground vertical structures are made of Porotherm clay blocks. Horizontal constructions are made of pre-stressed Spiroll ceiling panels. The roof is cold roof and its supporting structure consists of timer truss girder mounted on the perimeter walls.

This bachelor thesis elaborates the project documetation for the construstion of a new apartment building in Litomyšl. The city is located in Pardubice region.The apartment building has three above-ground floors. The house is non-cellular. The object contains six apartment units. The house is located in a sloping terrain. The building is based on a concrete monolithic strip foundation and footings. The perimeter masonry is out of the system VELOX, which consists of štěpkocement board. The boards form a lost formwork fulfilled concrete core, in which the thermal insulation of the stabilized expanded polystyrene with addition graphite is incorporated. The celling construction is constituted of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs, which are reinforced by a cross or one-way. The walls in the contact with the soil are made from the lost formwork of štěpkocement boards fulfilled with a concrete core with thermal insulation extruded polystyrene in the backsplash zone. Above this level there will be an insulation of non-flamble mineral wool. The roof is warmflat and its stabilizing layer is made of fluvial aggregate. On the roof a roof garden with a layer of plastic tercce planks is placed.

Theme of this Bachelor´s thesis is modern low-energy detached house and it contains documentation for the execution of the project. House is designed with interesting architecture and disposition solution. The building is situated in the region Vysočina in small town Přibyslav in a quiet suburb. The southeast side is situated to the forest. Two-storey house is designed for 4 people. The entire building is designed in a system of permanent shuttering Velox. The sandwich construction is composed of cement-woodchips slabs, thermal insulation and reinforced concrete. The ceiling is made of prefabricated components glued of Velox slabs to shape of boxis and complemented by concrete layer. Roof is designed as warm flat roof.

This thesis summarizes my work on a new apartment building in Slovany, neighbourhood in Pilsen. My primary responsibility was to develop documentation for the project´s design and implementation. The building consists of four floors above ground, an underground floor and a flat roof. The building´s L-shaped plan, rebound 4th floor above ground and balconies lighten the mass of the building. The structural system of the building combined reinforced concrete system of the underground floor, column system of the 1st up to the 3rd floor above ground and wall system of the 4th floor above ground. The building is designed for six residential units with cellars, two garages, a relaxation room and a gym. The thesis includes the preparatory and study reports, architectural and construction solutions, and fire-safety building and construction site equipment solutions.
Mountain Holiday Resort

The subject of my diploma thesis is a draft of a mountain holiday resort. The building is three-story, semi-basement and with one above-ground floor and attic. There are employee utility rooms and two social rooms with a bar in the basement. Five apartments with own bathroom and kitchenette are built in the two above-ground floors. The building is designed to be made of ceramic and concrete blocks with additional thermal insulation. The roof of the building is saddle with saddle dormers. The land for this new building is situated on a sloping terrain and is located in the western part of Modrava village. The thesis contains a documentary and drawing part and is processed as documentation for the execution of the construction.
